Mrs. Wilma Kaufman, 64, passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2014 in Springfield, MO. She was born to Andrew and Eunice (Cook) Hunter on Sunday, January 15, 1950 in Branson, MO.
Wilma worked at Sears for 13 years and later in life was a caring homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, cross stitch, and puzzles. She loved spending time with her family and beloved pets.
Preceding her in death were her parents; son, Andrew Kaufman; brothers Donald, Michael, Jimmy, Junior and Timmy.
She is survived by her husband, Ray, of 43 years; 1 daughter, Amy Nichols and husband Steve; 1 grandson, Scott; 4 step-grandchildren, Kaylee, Cade, Katheryn and Creg Nichols; 1 brother, Robert and wife Kathy; 3 sisters, Laverne and husband Lonnie, Angela and husband Shawn and Glenda; sister-in-law, Donna Hill and husband Raymond; brother''s -in-law, John Kaufman and wife Gaye and Don Kaufman; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 3, 2014, at 11:00 A.M. in the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home, Rivermonte Chapel, 4500 S. Lone Pine, Springfield, MO the funeral Private burial will be held at a later time.
