William Everette Sloan, 87, of Rogersville, MO passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. He was born on Tuesday, April 27, 1937 in Springfield, MO to Cora Daniels and Ocie Everette Sloan.

Bill worked as a Truck Driver for most of his carrier. After retirement, he drove for Cardinal Health, delivering nuclear medicine to multiple locations. Bill enjoyed anything to do with yardwork, mowing, fishing and the Kansas City Chiefs. He also loved taking his dog, Buttons, for car rides.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Lura Jean Sloan, his second wife Pat Sloan, two sons Kurt E. Sloan and Anthony Sloan, one daughter Theresa Bittick and three sisters Gladys Sloan, Maxine Knapp and Betty Sterling.

He is survived by his daughter-in-law Kathy Sloan, his dog Buttons, two grand dogs Trixie and Samson and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and family.
