May 27, 1954 in Windsor MO.
He was born to parents William
and Mildred Moore Bowen Sr.,
He was raised and spent most of
his younger years in Washington,
MO. and was an electronic
engineer.

Surviving Bill is his wife Teresa,
of 24 years; daughters, Erin
Bowen-Gorforth and husband
Bryson, William Grimes Bowen III
and wife Amy, Brittney Bowen and
partner Mary Swanson, Justin
Whisenand, Joshua Whisenand,
Anastasia Bowen-Criscoe; 8
grandchildren and many nieces
and nephews, 5 siblings, 1 of
which preceded him in death and
(Bill''s favorite In-laws) David and
Barbara Trott.

Graveside service will be held
Wed., Sept. 11, 2013 at 11 am
at Rivermonte Memorial Gardens.
Bill was a Navy Veteran and will receive Full Military Honors.
