Wanna Fay Blackwell Haworth, 92, of Springfield, passed away on December, 25, 2015.
She was married to Hershel "Speedy" Haworth who preceded her in death. Wanna is also preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Fay White.
She is survived by her children Shirley Jean, David Lynn, and Stephen Wayne Haworth.
Service will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at 7pm at Klingner-Cope at Rivermonte Chapel.
