Wanda Lee Harris, 68, of Springfield, MO took God''s hand in heaven on March 26, 2014. She was born on October 1, 1945 to the late Hurshel and Vera Collison in Springfield, MO.

God and family were at the center of Wanda''s life. Wanda had a close, personal relationship with God. Though times got hard, she never lost her faith. Next to God, her family was everything. She was the glue that held her family together. When her loved ones were in need, she would provide the most support, protection and love. She always said "no matter how many times you fall, I''ll pick you up and dust you off."

Wanda was a devoted wife to Bill Harris; a compassionate and loving sister to Patricia Collison; a special aunt to Robby Collison; She was the most wonderful mother to Sheri Harris-Castaneda and husband Oscar Castaneda Alvarez, Lori Harris and Chiquita Hendrick; she was the most caring, giving and perfect grandma to Dani Harris, Jeffery Peterson and Jourdyn McKinney and a proud great grandmother to Brody Harris. There are many family and friends who loved her dearly and will hold her in their hearts forever.

She loved cooking, crafting, shopping and spending time with family. She loved to laugh and had a great sense of humor. We love you and will miss you everyday.

Services will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at Klingner-Cope at Rivermonte Chapel 4500 S. Lone Pine Springfield, MO with visitation to start at 10 a.m. and services to follow at 11 a.m. Burial to be in Rivermonte Memorial Gardens
