Viola "Vi" Richardson 93, of Springfield, MO went home to be with her Lord surrounded by her family on June 7, 2018. She was born on September 3, 1924 in Vienna, Missouri to Lawrence and Frances Renkemeyer

"Vi" was the oldest of 11 children. She worked as a retail sales clerk. "Vi" married William "Bill" Rehagen in 1946 and to this union they were blessed with 6 children. She was a seamstress and enjoyed cooking and gardening. Bill passed away in 1968 and later "Vi" married John Richardson in 1980. "Vi" volunteered at Immaculate Conception funeral dinners and the Ronald McDonald House.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her loving husbands, Bill and John; grandson, Billy Rehagen; 3 sisters, Irene, Delores and Thelma.

Surviving her are 6 children, Gary (Mary Ann), Richard (Sheila), Diane Barwick (Todd), Dewain (Karen), Greg (Davanil) and Mark (Kimberly); 9 grand children; 12 great grandchildren; 7 siblings, Victor, Naoma, Bernice, Lucille, Lillian, Irma, and Donald and a host of nieces, nephews and countless friends.

A visitation will be held on Monday, June 11, 2018 from 1:30-2:30pm with a funeral Mass to immediately follow at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (3555 S. Fremont Ave. Springfield, MO 65804). Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House (940 E. Primrose Springfield, MO 65807).
