Rosa Mae Bolin, October 3, 1921 - July 6, 2012
Our dear cousin and friend Rosa Mae passed on July 6, 2012 at the age of 90. She was preceded in death by her mother Elsie Wicks. Rosa Mae was employed by Lily-Tulip (Sweetheart) from 1953 to 1983.
Cousins mourning her passing are: Mary, James and John Carr, Jericho Springs, MO; Charles Weeks, Harwich, MA; Joe Weeks, Chilhowee, MO; Mildred Renshaw, Springfield, MO and special friends, Rosemary and Leroy Stubblefield and Willa Garrett, Springfield, MO.
Rosa Mae was a member of the Golden Avenue Baptist Church. Her Sunday school class, TEL, was an important part of her life.
Services for Rosa Mae will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, July 11 at the Golden Avenue Baptist Church, 558 S. Golden, Springfield, MO; visitation will be an hour prior to the service. Reverend Boone Middleton will officiate. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of Klingner-Cope at Midtown.
