Roney Keith Ware, Sr., 75, of Walnut Gove, MO passed away on Friday, August 9, 2019. He was born in Springfield, MO on Saturday, October 2, 1943 to Opal Cleora Tuter and Orville Eugene Ware.

Roney married Shirley Ann Young on April 11, 1964 and to this union two children were born. He retired from Dayco and enjoyed the outdoors. Roney especially loved hunting, fishing, looking for arrow heads and spending time with friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his wife, his parents and two brothers Gordon and Bobby.

Roney is survived by his two children Roney Ware, Jr. (wife Alcida) of Republic, MO and Shannon Conlon (husband Randy) of Springfield, MO, five grandchildren, two brothers Phillip Ware (wife Sue) and Larry Ware (wife Ina) of Willard, MO, one sister Linda Nichols of Indiana and best friend Shirley Jones of Springfield, MO.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 from 1-2pm at the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W. State Highway EE Springfield, MO with funeral services to follow at 2pm.
