Robert Lee Pasley, Sr. (Gray) went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday Morning.

Robert served in the US Navy from 1943 to 1946. He was a founding member of New Hope International Ministries, a member of the 3-10 Club, Top Hatters club and Elks Lodge exalted ruler. At one time Robert played ball with the Memphis Red Sox. Robert worked as a security guard at Dayco, Lily Tulip and retired from SMS after 27 yrs. He then worked at Klingner-Cope Funeral Homes for 10 yrs and really loved his job. Robert is in Heaven now, looking down here and saying I am here now, it''s simply beautiful.

Robert was preceded in death by his father: James Lewis Pasley; mother: Mattie Lou Redmond Pasley; brothers: James Lewis and Marvin Ray Pasley; sisters: Hester E. Thomas and Velma Pasley; nephew: Eundre Jenkins

He leaves behind his wife of 47 yrs: Jacqueline Allen Pasley; son: Robert Jr (Shelia); daughters: Dorothy Pasley (Wendel) Agee and Shelia Pasley Smith; sisters: Shirley J. Blakley; sister-in-laws: Barbara Pasley, Anna Burdette, and Juan Jarratta; several nieces and nephews; special friend: Lenoy Loudermill and a host of family and friends.
