Rita Jo Davis, 63 of Springfield, was born on September 22, 1949 to Andy and Marietta (Holland) Bunch. She passed away on June 28, 2013 surrounded by her family.

She married the love of her life Jim Davis on November 12, 1976. She was a member of Grace Bible Baptist Church, volunteered at the American Red Cross Ozarks Food Harvest and loved attending MSU volleyball and basketball games.

Rita is survived by her husband of 36 years, Jim; son, Jeff Looney and wife Tracy; 2 grandsons, Jeff Schirmer and Jared Niehaus; 2 aunts, Joann Gideon and Bonnie Reuter and a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 from 6-8 pm at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W State Hwy EE (Division), Springfield, MO. Services will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at 11:00 am at Grace Bible Baptist Church, 2101 Johnston Ave, Springfield, MO.
