Pauline Frances Key, 88, of Springfield, MO passed peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, June 11, 2023. She was born on Monday, February 4, 1935 in Strafford, MO to Oral and Alta Triplett.

Polly was a long time member of the South Street Christian Church in Springfield, where she was known for being on the Apple Pie making Team. She loved to shop for, and sell "antiques". Polly made numerous trips to the monthly great flea market in Canton, TX. She sold those antiques in her store front called Aunt Polly's Attic located at the Northeast corner of W. State St. and S. New Ave. in Springfield, MO. Polly's final passion was to buy, refurbish, and sell "experienced" cowboy boots. She wore roper style cowboy boots till her last days.

Polly was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her brother  David M. Triplett of Auburn Massachusetts;  three sons;  David Key and wife Jackie of Warrensburg, Missouri, Daniel Key and wife Julie of Lenexa, Kansas, John M. Key and wife Jane of Bluff Dale, Texas; seven grandchildren:  Jason, Michelle, Jordan, Erin, Reagan, Colton, and Casey, and five great grandchildren; William, John Kaje, Andrew, Jaxon, and Joshua.

A visitation will be held from 1-2 PM on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W. State Hwy EE, Springfield, MO 65802 with memorial services to follow at 2 PM. Internment for the immediate family will take place at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
