Phyllis Sullivan, 94 of Bolivar, Missouri passed away Saturday, July 1, 2023 at Parkview Nursing Center. She was born in Eldon, Missouri on March 21, 1929.

Phyllis married John Hennigh and to this union four children were born, Donald, Janice, Sandy and Steve.They in turn blessed them with 11 grandchildren, in turn those children grew up blessed with her.

She spent many summers canning from the garden with John when they were married. Phyllis enjoyed cooking and just about every weekend her home was filled with family and friends. Many good times were had in her home. Even after the kids were grown she continued to have many dinners and good times with family.

Preceding her in death is her husband, Dale Sullivan; daughter, Janice Melcher and son Donald Hennigh.

She is survived by her daughter, Sandy Shonk and her son, Steve Hennigh and a host of loved grandchildren, great grandchildren plus great great grandchildren, daughter in-law, Sharon Hennigh and a host of family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel (5234 W. State Highway EE Springfield, MO) with a burial to follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
