Phylis J. Gammill, 72, of Springfield, MO passed away in her home with family by her side on December 1, 2012.
She was a member and sometimes president of the local Grandmothers Club and part time Auxiliary Deputy for the Greene County Sheriffs Department.
Phylis is preceded in death by her parents, Arless Dickens and Hilda Marie Arnold; her husband, Robert Gammill and grandson, Darrell Allen Gammill.
She is survived by 6 children, 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and many family and friends.
A visitation will be on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 1 p.m. with services officiated by Charley Shurtz to be follow at 2 p.m. at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at Midtown 1635 N. Benton Springfield, MO with burial at Robberson Prairie Cemetery.
