Peggy Lee Bumgarner, 93, of Springfield, MO passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2022. She was born on Tuesday, April 9, 1929 in Springfield, MO to William "Gus" and Emiline (Essary) Davis.

Peggy grew up in Springfield and graduated from Springfield High School, now Central High School. She married Jim Bumgarner December 23, 1954 in Miami, OK. Jim and Peggy lived most of their life in Springfield. Jim owned and operated A-1 Materials for several years and they both owned and operated a landscaping business.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings.

Peggy is survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.

A visitation will be held from 1-2 PM on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at Rivermonte, 4500 S.
