Patsy J. Head, 72 of Springfield, MO was born September 23, 1938 in Morgan, MO to Frank and Gladys Cunningham and passed away on September 4, 2011.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Carl Head; daughter, Janese Atkinson and husband Richard and a host of other family and friends.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, September 7, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W. State Hwy EE (West Division) Springfield, Mo. Services will be Thursday, September 8, 2011 at 10:00 AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow at 1:00 PM in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield, MO.
