Pamela Carol Norman, 67 of Springfield, MO, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

Pamela was born on Monday, May 7, 1956, in Flint, MI to Harold and Carol (Branum) Braden. She graduated from Poplar Bluff High School in 1974, and later received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and worked for Cox Healthcare for many years. She married Charles Norman on July 16, 1983, in Farmington, MO. Pamela loved attending church and especially reading her Bible. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband, singing, shopping, antiquing, cooking for her family and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her father, Harold Braden; brother, Mike Braden; sister, Missy Braden; father-in-law, Charles J. Norman; mother-in-law, Ruby Norman; and brother-in-law, Lanny Palagallo.

Pamela is survived by her husband, Charles T. Norman; mother, Carol Rupp; brother, Phil Braden; six children, Daniel (Shauna) Romine, Josh (Stephanie) Romine, Liana (Abe) Moore, Nathan (Karla) Norman, Jason (Fawn) Norman and Rebecca (Kyle) Venti; fourteen grandchildren, Dacia, Ethan, Mackenzie, Jakob, Cade, Tyler, Brody, Austin, Bryndle, Autumn, Kaleb, Brooks, Brooke and Jadasyn; one great-granddaughter, Amelia;  three sisters-in-law, Carol Jan Palagallo, Eileen Braden and Ladina Braden; one brother-in-law, Jerry (Joanne) Easley; eight nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Visitation will be Friday, October 20, 2023, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home Rivermonte Chapel 4500 S. Lone Pine Ave, Springfield, MO. Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 21, 2023 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Rivermonte Memorial Gardens.
