Frances Noleen Elizabeth Blacketer, 75, of Brookline, MO passed away at her home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, November 11, 2020. She was born on Saturday, June 16, 1945 in St. Joseph, MO to Evelyn Ziolkowski and Francis Harold Coursen.

Noleen and Frank Eugene Blacketer were united in marriage on Friday, August 19, 1977 and to this union two sons were born. She was young at heart, so for her 70 ^th birthday she requested Rolling Stones tickets. Noleen loved to sing and spend time with friends and family.

Noleen was proceeded in death by her parents and two brothers Joel and Kelly Coursen.

She is survived by her husband, two sons Michael Blacketer (wife Amy) and Christopher Blacketer (wife Jenny), three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.

A visitation will be held from 5-7 PM on Monday, November 16, 2020 at the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at Rivermonte, 4500 S. Lone Pine Ave., Springfield, MO 65804 with funeral services to follow at 10 AM on Tuesday, November 17, 2020. Memorial donations may be made in her name to St. Jude's.
