Mildred (Millie) Alene Wilson (Holden) Born April 20,1926 entered into heaven May 25, 2019.
She was born in Springfield, Missouri to William and Viva Holden. Raised in Springfield, graduated Springfield High in 1944. Married 1944 to David R. Wilson shortly after and traveled with him, as he was in the military. They had 5 children.

After David retired from the military in 1964 they moved to Kansas City, Mo.
Millie worked as a cashier and became a member of the UFCW, she worked for the Katz drug store chain, which went through several owners, that eventually became CVS. After her retirement in 1987 she loved to travel with her friends, family and church group exploring the U.S., going on Caribbean cruises and to England. Living in the Kansas City area until she moved in 2009 to Tonganoxie, Kansas, to live with her daughter, Donna.

Preceded in death by her mother and father, her husband David in 1968, her youngest daughter Kathy and son in law Steve Lankford in 2015, her sister Margie Rush and brother James Holden.

She is survived by sons, David and Linda Wilson of Texas, Arthur and Melody Wilson of Colorado, daughters Karen Wilson and family, Donna and Rick Prentiss, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren and her sister Mary Wall of Springfield, Mo.

A Visitation is scheduled for Saturday June 1 ^st from 1-1:30 p.m. in the Chapel at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at Rivermonte (4500 South Lone Pine). Funeral Services will follow at 1:30 p.m with burial at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens ( 2244 E Pythian).
