Mickey Ray Deckard 60 of Ash Grove, MO passed away June 19, 2014. He was born October 7, 1953 to Linville Adkins and Catherine Louise Deckard.

Mickey was blessed with his loving wife of 41 years, Pamela and a daughter and son who were the apple of his eye. Mickey loved fishing, hunting, spending time with family, friends and nature. The great outdoors was always his comfort zone. Also playing music was something he truly enjoyed and did often. However, Mickey was no stranger to hard work.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Carrie Lynn Deckard, grandparents Charles Ephrim and Laura D. Deckard, a sister Linda Louise Woodruff, brothers Linville Darrell, Charles Dale, Terry Lynn and Rennie Lawrence Deckard.

Mickey is survived by his wife Pamela Jane Deckard, a son Linville Ivan Ray Deckard, sisters Virginia Susan Deckard, Nellie Kay Moomey, Shirley Darlene Deckard, Joyce Ann Wallis, Gayle June Deckard; brothers Jerry Dee and Timothy Gene Deckard and many nieces, nephews and other family and friends, especially Noah and Kylee Rose who had a very special place in Mickey''s heart, he cared for them like he was their PaPa.

Mickey will never leave our hearts. We will cherish our memories forever.
