Michael Dean Stewart, 75, of Springfield, MO passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. He was born on Sunday, October 5, 1947 in Richland, MO to Orpha Decker and John Stewart.

Michael married the love of his life, Autumn Thi Pham, on May 7, 1968. He worked as the Manager of the Meat Department for Ramey/Price Cutter for many years, was a skilled carpenter and also enjoyed hunting and the outdoors. Michael loved spending time with his family and his greatest joys were his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers Morris, Searle and Richard L. Stewart and one sister Marty Jackson.

Michael is survived by his wife of 54 years, one daughter Jennifer (Stewart) Mortimer, husband Jason Mortimer and their children Jordan Mortimer, Bella Mortimer and Claire Mortimer, one son Richard A. Stewart, wife Heather (Lewallen) Stewart and their children Kemp Stewart and Meagan Stewart, one sister Sue Durbin and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.

A visitation will be held from 1 - 2 PM on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at Rivermonte, 4500 S.
