Obituary

Mason Ryder Coble, beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away unexpectedly in his home in Springfield just a few days before his 27th birthday.

Born on May 8, 1997, in Springfield, Missouri, Mason was the oldest of his siblings and stepsiblings. He attended Nixa Public Schools and graduated in 2015. He has been a musician since early childhood, and his love for music grew to include drums, piano, marching band, and church bands. He then pursued higher education at Drury University, earning his bachelor's in Multimedia Production and Journalism in 2019.

Mason worked at Wagner Portrait Group as a school photographer and loved the challenge of getting the perfect shot. He frequently told stories of complimenting kids to boost their confidence and his fun tricks and jokes to get them to smile. He loved his job and appreciated how friendly and supportive his co-workers and managers were.

During his 26 years of life, Mason had a diverse range of interests. He enjoyed trivia, movies, new technology, gaming, and poker with the guys. His curiosity and passion for learning was evident in his life.

Like many, he faced challenges and obstacles that tested his resilience and strength during his journey. Despite the difficulties he encountered, he persevered with courage and determination.

He is survived by his parents and stepparents, David (Samantha) Coble and Andee (John) Elmore. He is also survived by his sister, Brooklyn Coble, his stepbrother, Alexander Hubbard, and his stepsister, Haley Hubbard.

Mason was preceded in death by his beloved brother, Gage Coble.

He is also survived by his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends whose lives were touched by his presence.
