Mary E. Parker, 86, of Springfield, MO was born on March 10, 1927 to Virgie and Fred Marlin and passed away on April 25, 2013.

She retired after working more than a decade at Lily Tulip, loved to crochet, read her bible every night and followed her husband while he was in the military all over the world.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Carolyn (Brian) McArthur; grandchildren, TJ (Heidi), Scott, Sommer (Tyler), Jessica (Mike), Jennifer and Matthew; great-grandchildren, Parker, Jillyane, Emma, Nigel, Asher and Jayden; sisters, Betty and Millie; brother, Paul (Ellie) and a host of family and friends. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Howard; parents; 3 brothers; 2 sisters and one great-granddaughter, Jordan DuPree

A service will be held on Monday, April 29, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. in the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W. State Hwy EE (Division) Springfield. Visitation will be held one hour before service. Interment will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
