Marian Nitzsche 86, of Springfield, MO passed away on Monday, November 6, 2017. She was born on December 19, 1930 in Springfield, MO to Harold M. and Mamie V. (Gorman) Wolfe.

Marian worked at FASCO Industries as a personnel secretary until retirement in 1993. She loved to square dance, line dance, and round dance. Marian also loved to travel, crochet, sew, puzzles, and she loved her precious cats.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband George Nitzsche; and sister, Virginia Martin.

Survivors include her two daughters, Debbie Greer (David), and Pam Kenworthy (Bob); one stepson, Brad Nitzsche (Laurie); five grandchildren, Michelle Jenkins (Bernal), Tiffany Young (John), Brandon Hale (Dalena), Rebecca Underwood (Sam), and Sarah Tobin; five great grand children; two great great grand children; and a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at Rivermonte (4500 S. Lone Pine Springfield, MO). Funeral services will be on Friday, November 10, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home with a burial to follow in Eastlawn Cemetery.
