Margaret Louise Kay, 96, of Springfield, MO passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. She was born on Friday, March 23, 1928 in Tucson, AZ to Waneta Ora Ford and Ralph Livingstone Kay.

Margaret graduated from the Amphitheater Senior High School. She then went to college at the Central Bible Institute and Seminary for three years. It was there, at CBI, that she met the love of her life Gene Eflin. After Bible school, the two were united in marriage on June 15, 1950 and to this union two children were born. Margaret loved spending time with family and friends, God, Church, Mission trips, talking about Jesus her Lord and reading the Bible. She was a Sunday school teacher for many years at the Assemblies of God.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, one son Robert and one daughter-in-law Beth Hunter Eflin.

She is survived by her son Carey Eflin and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.
