Mrs. Margaret C. McCrimmons was born July 19, 1918 to Mary Duncan and Hubert Barbee in Springfield, MO. On October 24, 2016, she went from labor to rest, at the age of 98 years old.

Margaret worked with the Springfield Public Schools Food & Nutrition Department, retiring from Parkview High School.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Hubert; her husband of 72 years Dexter (1/4/2010); daughters, Vicki and Linda; 1 brother; 1 grandson and 1 great-grandson.

Cherishing her memories; daughters, Donna Sue (Richard) Richardson, Judy (Gene) Johnson, Pamela (Craig) Adams, Monica McCrimmons, Myra (Elwin) Adams and son, Dexter (Clyddie) McCrimmons; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren and a host of friends

A visitation is scheduled for Saturday, October 29th from 10am - 11am, with the home-going services beginning at 11am. Services will be held at Turning Point Church, 1722 N. National Ave., Springfield, MO. Interment will follow in Rivermonte Memorial Gardens

Memorial donations may be made to the youth Department at Turning Point Church.
