Marcella Funkhouser, 84, of Springfield passed away on October 6, 2012. She was born on November 28, 1927 to Lucius and Pearl Mosher.
Marcella was a member of the Business & Professional Women''s Association, LPN Association, and a lifetime member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Preceding her in death are her parents, two brothers, two sisters and her husband Robert Funkhouser.
She is survived by her children, Robin and wife Brenda Funkhouser, Sue and husband Ron Carlson, five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Thursday October 11th from Noon to 2 p.m. in Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at Midtown (1635 N. Benton Springfield, MO). The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home with the burial following at Eastlawn Cemetery.
Donations may be made in remembrance of Marcella to the American Diabetes Association (1944 E. Sunshine St. Ste A. Springfield, Missouri.)
