Marceline Elizabeth Dyer, 95, of Springfield, MO passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 with family by her side. She was born on Thursday, November 11, 1926 in Rogersville, MO to Missouri Catherine Denny and Marshall Cameron Siler.

Marceline enjoyed traveling and trying her luck at the casinos. She also loved playing card games, cooking and spending time with friends and family.

Marceline was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jacob P. Dyer, one brother John Siler and two sisters Susie Simmerman and Virginia Miller.

She is survived by her four children Sheryll Whitehead (husband Jerry), Sandra Vaughan (husband Dennis), Randall Dyer and Rick Dyer, two dear friends Rhonda Wynes-Dyer and Kim Westbrook-Greaves, one sister Estele Beasley, eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family.

A visitation will be held from 12-1 PM on Monday, November 22, 2021 at the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at Rivermonte, 4500 S. Lone Pine Ave., Springfield, MO 65804 with funeral services to follow at 1 PM. Memorial donations may be made in her name to the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri, 3161 W.
