Lovis Dale Amlin, 60 passed away Thursday, July 4, 2013. A lifelong resident of Springfield, MO, he was born October 30, 1952 to Lennie and Floey Amlin.

Lovis married Martha Allen on April 24, 1981 and enjoyed Harley Davidson motorcycles and Nascar.

Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Martha; children, Jeanette, Debra, Mike, Brian, and their spouses; 9 grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents; brother, Lester Amlin; sister, Lennita Amlin and niece, Brandy Amlin.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. with funeral services to follow at 2:00 P.M. officiated by Phillip Wright in Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W. State Hwy EE (E. Division), Springfield, Mo. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
