Lois Jean Weston, 86, passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 in Springfield, MO. She was born on Friday, March 31, 1933 in Pittsburg, KS to Randolph C. Jones and Nelle B. Sears.

Lois and Richard Lee Weston were united in marriage on August 21, 1954. She was self-employed at Tax Nerds and was involved in several organizations and charities. Lois was a board member of the Rainbow Girls, the Order of the Eastern Star and Sister Cities. She was also a member of the Executive Women's Club and Masterminds of Biz Godfather Chapter. Lois was the past Local Chapter President, State President and National Director of the Missouri Society of Accountants, Treasurer of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Women and a member of the Nation Association of Tax Professionals.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and one daughter Tammy Weston-Seibel.

Lois is survived by her two children Lynda Misegadis (husband Melvin) of Stephenville, TX and John Weston (wife Cheryl) of Battlefield, MO, one son-in-law Craig Seibel of Springfield, MO, three grandchildren Heather, Travis (wife Ashley) and Matthew Weston and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family across the country whom she loved dearly.

A visitation will be held from 5-7 PM on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at Rivermonte, 4500 S. Lone Pine Ave., Springfield, MO 65804. Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Eddie Cintron on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 10 AM at the First Presbyterian Church, 4216 S. Charleston Ave., Springfield, MO 65804.
