Lew B. Cort, age 89, Of Springfield passed away Sunday, February 28, 2022. He was born May 3, 1932 in Arlington MA to Lew B. Sr. and Margaret (Dunham) Cort. Lew was united in marriage to Ina Sue Milligan May 15, 1954.

Lew is preceded in death by his parents; and his beloved wife Ina Sue.

Lew is survived by his sons David Cort, his wife Darlene of Springfield, Daniel Cort, his wife Dianna of Willard, and Aaron Cort, and his wife Yvette of Springfield; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a host of friends.

Lew worked for Associated Wholesale Grocers for over 30 years. He was also a Bi-Vocational Pastor. Lew tried his best to please his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

He finally joined "his Pixie" nevermore to part.

There will be a graveside service at 1:00 PM Tuesday March 98, 2022 at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to St. Jude's Hospital in Memphis TN.
