Kazuko Duncan, 88, of Republic, MO passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2026. She was born on Monday, January 10, 1938 in Tokyo, Japan to Sumie and Kamezo Takahashi.

Kazuko and William Leroy Duncan were united in marriage in 1957 and to this union three children were born. She was a dedicated mother and loved spending time with friends and family. Kazuko also enjoyed BINGO and going to Casino’s.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, her sister Kimiko Ward and an unknown number of siblings in Japan.

Kazuko is survived by her daughter Janet Duncan of Springfield, MO and two sons Bill Duncan Jr. of Willard, MO and Lonnie Duncan of Mtn. Grove, MO.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1 PM on Friday, May 22, 2026 at the White Chapel memorial Gardens, 5234 W. State Hwy EE, Springfield, MO 65802. Online condolences can be made at www.klingfuneralhome.com
