Mrs. Karen Mimi Rogers (née Manis) entered the Kingdom of Heaven on August 12, 2021.

Karen was born on September 1, 1944 in Springfield, MO to George and Mimi Manis
She graduated from Parkview High School in 1961She was blessed to marry the love
of her life, James E. Rogers in the next year, 1962 and they welcomed 5 beautiful
children to make their family complete. Karen loved being a Wife and Mother, and
instilled in her children a strong love of the Lord, a faith which has kept her family
strong through the years. She was her husbands partner in life and in the business
that they started together, working as a bookkeeper to make it a success.
Karen loved gardening, cooking, and home décor. Her amazing meals are
remembered fondly by her family and friends. Her house was truly a home.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and her son Elden Rogers. She is survived
by her husband James Rogers, of Nixa, MO, and her daughters Delanah Gebhart, of
Tallahassee, Florida, Rachel Hosford, Terri Rogers, both of Springfield, MO. , and
Katy Rogers, of Bolivar, MO. As well as her beloved grandchildren, Rebecca Hosford
and Joseph Hosford, both of Springfield, MO.

Visitation will be on August, 28 th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Klinger-Cope funeral
home at White Chapel. Graveside services are still being determined, with internment
at Brookline Cemetery.
