Julie Ann McBride, 58, of Galena, MO passed on August 9, 2021. She was born on June 14, 1963 to parents Janet and Robert in Springfield, MO.
Julie loved spending time with her daughter, grandkids, and pets Tommy and Faolan. She had a passion for the outdoors and spent her time gardening, doing yard work, and going to the river or lake to fish or swim. Julie also enjoyed art, drawing, and using social media for networking, and making new friends. In her spare time, Julie would volunteer at animal shelters.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Janet Vickery; grandmother, Irene James; and grandfather, Clyde James.
Julie is survived by her partner Dennis Wright, daughter, Jennifer Ann McBride with partner Dustin Pridemore; granddaughters Josie Meredith, Melanie Smith, Leia Pridemore; father, Robert Vickery; sister, Sherry Chapman; and brothers David Cohen and Derek Vickery.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday August 25. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family in the form of love offerings to their GoFundMe.
