Judy P. Rowell, 64, passed on Saturday, December 26, 2020. She was a beloved wife, daughter, sister, aunt, stepmother and grandmother. Judy is survived by her husband of 16 years Richard, one brother and sister-in-law Eugene and Jo Ryan and many in the first responder community where she served as a Springfield/Greene Co. 911 dispatcher for 26 years.
