Joseph "Joe Bob" "Joe" Robert Tuter, age 71 of Willard, MO. passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023.

Joe was born on Sunday, January 20, 1952  in Springfield, MO to Kenneth and Rosemary Tuter. He married his wife of fifty-one years, Beverly Sue Tuter on May 19, 1972 in Springfield, MO. Joe was a Welder for eighteen years at then, the Southwest Power Station in Springfield as well as a Welder Instructor at Ozark Technical College.

Joe enjoyed classic westerns and especially spending time with his family and numerous pets.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Kay Todd.

Joe is survived by his beloved wife of fifty-one years, Beverly S. Tuter of Willard, MO; two children, Mike Tuter of Jefferson City, MO and Melissa Tuter of Springfield, MO; one granddaughter, Allison; one brother, David Tuter and wife, Arletta and many nieces and nephews.

Weather permitting, there will be a gathering of family and friends on Sunday, January 14, 2024 from 12 to 2:00 PM in the Harrington Cemetery Republic, Mo. Online condolences may be made at klingnerfuneralhome.com.
