Jessica Anne Tate's Obituary
Jessica Anne Tate, 34, of Springfield, MO passed away on Monday, May 20, 2013.
Jessica previously worked as a volunteer firefighter in Aurora, MO and had a lifelong career in the medical field to include CNA, EMT, ER Tech and most recently as Admissions Coordinator at a local health facility.
She was preceded in death by her father Stephen R. Tate; grandparents Robert and Dorothy Tate and her grandmother Mary Fowler.
Jessica is survived by her son Kyle Tate; daughter Keira Downey; former husband Travis Downey; mother and stepfather Joanne and Mike Mayhue; grandfather Lowell Fowler; sister and brother in law Mike and Angie Buis; nephews Gabe and Keegan Buis and her brother John Tate.
A service of remembrance will be held in honor of Jessica on Friday, May 31, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at the Cornerstone Chapel at Elfindale in Springfield, MO.
Memorial donations may be sent in honor of Jessica to Klingner-Cope at Rivermonte 4500 S. Lone Pine Ave. Springfield, MO 65804.
