Jeremiah Todd Johnson, 40, of Galena, MO went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 5, 2017. He was born in Springfield, MO on Thursday, August 18, 1977 to BJ Johnson and Kathy Roberts.

Jeremiah served his country in the U.S. Air Force until he received a medical discharge. After rehabilitation, he then enlisted in the U.S. Army, serving his country for 15 years. Some of his accomplishments include being a Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne, Pathfinder and a Joint Terminal Attack Controller with multiple tours in Afghanistan and one in Iraq. Jeremiah loved Skydiving and spending time with friends and family.

He was preceded in death by one sister Holly Johnson.

Jeremiah is survived by his parents, one sister Kristy of Springfield, MO, three children Tatum, Bryson and Sully and two step-children Taylor and Leaton.

Funeral services will be held at 12:30pm on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at the James River South Campus Youth Center, 6100 N. 19th St., Ozark, MO 65721 with military honors to follow at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery at 2pm. Memorial donations may be made in his name to the St. Jude Affiliate Clinic at Mercy Children''s Hospital, 1235 E. Cherokee St., Springfield, MO 65804.
