Obituary

James E. "Red" Weaver was born on March 12, 1936 to Olen Harvey Weaver and Alma Inez (Deckard) Weaver in Webster County, MO. He was preceded in death by his father, mother and brother Donald Clifford Weaver.

James was saved early in life and knew heaven was waiting for him as he strongly fought his battle with cirrhosis of the liver.

James loved his wife of 52 years - Delores. He loved his family, the outdoors, old cars, buying and trading, and making others laugh with his unique sense of humor. After early years in construction, James had a 34 year career as a flooring installer. He taught his son Jim the business and they enjoyed working together for 15 years.

He will be missed very much. James is survived by his wife Delores; son James and wife Pam; grandson Travis Nolen Weaver; brother Carl and wife Mida; sisters Glenda Augustine; Carolyn Bousman and husband Frank; Shirley Spiva and husband Emmett; many nieces and nephews; and his two dogs - Maddie Rose and Max.

A special thanks to his wonderful hospice nurse and friend - Jennifer.
