Jacqueline "Jackie" Baughman Long
Joined Jesus on Friday morning, June 7, 2013. She was born November 12, 1936 to C.C. "Cobb" and Opal Baughman in Seminole, Oklahoma.
Jackie married Norman Long on August 21, 1954. They were blessed with two daughters Collette Little and Lanette Carter. She was known as "Mom" to many people.
She was a very loving, caring, giving, and a precious Christian woman. She always knew just what to say to comfort, encourage and lift someone up.
Jackie attended Bethel Assembly for 49 years, a member and very active in many departments of the church throughout the years. As well as, 4-H Club, PTA, Camp Fire Girls, Red Hats and a Winter Texan. She was over the Post Office at Central Bible College for 21 years. After her retirement, she loved to travel with Norman, the love of her life, and liked to frequently shop at thrift stores, to do sewing projects and many crafts.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Collette Deltha Baughman and a brother, Monte Baughman.
Survived by her Husband, Norman Long; her Daughters, Collette (Bill) Little and Lanette Carter; a Brother, Jack (Sandy) Baughman (family); Grandchildren, Heather (Jeremy) Anderson, Charity (Justin) Butler, Dr. Joshua (Dr. Milta) Little, Shauna Carter, Jesse Carter; and 8 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday, June 10th from 6-8 p.m. at Klingner-Cope Funeral Home and Service is Tuesday, June 11th at 11 a.m. in Klingner-Cope Chapel. Followed by the internment at Rivermonte Memorial Gardens.
