Helma Hash (Frost) Hash's Obituary
Helma Hash, 78 of Springfield went to be with the Lord on June 4, 2016. Helma was born March 25, 1938 in Lutie, MO to Bernie and Neva Frost.
She was a long time member of Solid Rock Church, and was baptized as a young girl at Temple Baptist Church. Helma retired after 29 years of service as a School bus driver for Springfield. She especially loved her Special Olympics trips. She is a beloved Sister, Mother and Nanny, she will be truly missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jack Hash,
daughter Candy Pearson, son Ronnie Pearson, granddaughter Evan Pearson, sister Madeline Johns and brother Basil Frost.
Helma is survived by daughters: Rhonda Stratton (Wes), Tracy Pearson, Kelly Mitchell (Allen Cross) and Leesa Borgia (Frank); son Tim "Bodie" Pearson (Debbie); grandchildren: Erin, Chance, Chase, Josie, Sierra, Levi, Dalton, Caleb, and Jake and six great grandchildren; sisters Erma Clines, Janice Dodds and Carmon Dodds and a brother Bonus Frost.
A funeral service will be held Friday, June 10th at 2 p.m. at Temple Baptist Church, 845 S. Fort, Springfield under the direction of Klingner-Cope at Rivermonte. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Cemetery.
Family has requested donations be made in Helma''s name to the Alzheimer''s Association, 1630 W. Elfindale St. Springfield, MO 65807.
