Helen P. Moore, 87 of Springfield was born on December 7, 1927 in Polk County, MO to George and Mary (Bailey) Moore. She passed away on June 26, 2015.
She enjoyed working in her yard and loved to make homemade meatballs.
Helen is survived by her daughter, Paulette McGinnis; 3 sons, Harvey, George and Mike Moore; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild and a host of family and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Van Dale Moore; parents; son, Roger Moore; 4 brothers and 1 sister.
A service will be held on Monday, June 29, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W State Hwy EE (Division). A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
