Heather Dawn Forrest 33, of Springfield, MO passed away on Monday, April 12, 2021. She was born on September 28 ^th , 1987 in Springfield.

She is preceded in death by her mothers, Stacey Forrest and Virginia Phillips.

MO, Stephanie Guth of Albany, OR, Candice Brazeal of Waynesville, MO, Moriah Forrest of New Salisbury, IN and Ocea Fortenberry of Springfield, MO; Nephews, Killian Schieber, Sterling Schieber, Nathan Brazeal, Jason Brazeal, Grayson Peyton, Xavier Hughes and Kayden Lockman; Nieces, Reagan Brazeal, Marley Fortenberry and Reiana Forrest and a host of family and friends.
