Hazel Margritier 82, of Fordland, Missouri passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2017. She was born on December 19, 1935 in Vale, Oregon to William C. and Mina (Johnson) Overson.

In 1959 Hazel married the love of her life Donald Margritier in San Francisco, CA. She was very proud of working as a secretary. Hazel enjoyed sewing, loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Donald Margritier; two brothers, Raymond and Kirt; and two sisters, Jean and Caroline.

She is survived by her daughter, Julie Welch and husband Aaron; two grandchildren, Tara Shoemaker and Ashlyn Welch; two great grandchildren, Journey and Bryson Braden; two brothers, Wayne and wife Norma and Leland and wife Carolyn Overson; two sisters, Ellen Frazier and Dian Durrant; and a host of family and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel (5234 W. State Highway EE), burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
