Hazel E. Ervin, 89 of Springfield passed away Friday, May 17, 2013.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Addy Cornelison; her husband, Dennis Ervin; 3 children, Tommy, Earl (Sonny) and Vi Inmon; 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

Hazel is survived by daughters, Glenna (Jess) Tomlin, Peggy Kerstetter; 2 sons, Terry and Larry Ervin of Springfield; a daughter-in-law, Jan Inmon; 3 sisters, Rose Roach, Flossie Dean and Eileen Pickett; 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and numerous other family and friends.

Hazel was a very loving and caring person that will be missed by many dear friends.

A visitation will be held Monday, May 20, 2013 at the Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at Midtown, 1635 N. Benton from 1 to 2 p.m. The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow in Eastlawn Cemetery.
