Graham Venable, 83. of Springfield, MO, passed away unexpectedly in his home on Friday, March 4, 2016. Graham was born January 21, 1933 in St. Joseph, MO to J. Glen and Elane Venable. He was married February 12, 1977 to Frances "Fran" Venable. Graham had a career as an insurance salesman and served in the Naval Reserves.

Graham was a very outgoing person with an infectious laugh. He was loved by everyone. He loved to dance, play poker and show off his Wii Bowling skills. He helped around The Montclair where he lived by giving tours to perspective residence, helping with church services and facility activities. He made an impact on his friends and neighbors at The Montclair with his selfless acts of kindness. He enjoyed walking and one of his fondest memories was spending time at Table Rock Lake with his family.

Graham was preceded in death by his wife, Frances "Fran" Venable and a son, Anthony Graham Venable. Surviving Graham are his three children, Debbie Visio, Bruce Venable and Jim Venable; and four step-Children, Ronald Hosp, Kathleen Wood, Lisa Totten and James Hosp; 16 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

A memorial service for Graham will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W. State Hwy EE (Division) with visitation to be held from 1:00 till 2:00 P.M. prior to the service.
