Gloria Seals, 72 of Springfield, MO passed away September 9, 2017. She was born April 10, 1945 to Sherman and Eva (Robison) Stowe, in Baxter Springs, KS.

On December 4, 1961, she was united in marriage to Glenn S. Seals, Sr. Gloria was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and granny. She was also a devoted dog mom to Princess.

Some of her greatest memories was working for Willis Talbot Auctions as a cashier, bowling on a league with her husband, and doing word searches, puzzles, and playing cards. Although she was a homemaker, she previously volunteered at Westport Elementary and loved being around the children. Additionally, she was thrilled taking road trips with family, and enjoyed attending activities at Northview Senior Center. She was known as Granny to many and loved by all.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sherman and Eva, her loving husband Glenn S. Seals, Sr., son Lynn Lee Seals, sisters Lillian Foster, Mable Lang, Lois Fields, Leona Hughes, and brother Wesley Stowe.

She is survived by her children Debbie McQueen and husband Steven of Springfield, MO; Glenda Mayfield and husband Tony of Slaton, TX; Glenn S. Seals, Jr. of Oklahoma; Glenn L. Seals and significant other Mary of Springfield, MO; Jeanne Crawford and husband Clay of Louisburg, MO.

She was granny to many grandchildren Larry, Sean, Rich, Glenn, Bobbi, Rebecca, Brittany, Kimberly, Jeremiah, Cheyenne, Taylor, and Gavin; as well as several great grandchildren including Alexander, Audrey, Sophia, Calliope, Kaleb, Kaden, Kaylee, Kylie, Ethan, and Lucas.

A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 15, 2017 at the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 1357 S. Ingram Mill Rd, Springfield, MO.
