Gloria Dean (Ramey) Mulholland, 76, of Springfield, Mo. passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 9, 2017 with her family by her side. She was born on April 15, 1941 to Glenn and Gladys Ramey and had one sister Glenda Ramey. Gloria graduated from Hillcrest High School. She was united in marriage to James Mulholland in 1969 and they spent over 48 loving years together.

Gloria worked many years for the Springfield Public Schools before working in retail clothing. She was always a full time mother, homemaker, wife and friend. Gloria was a long time member of National Heights Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Glenn and Gladys Ramey, and step-son Bryan Mulholland.

Gloria is survived by her husband, James Mulholland; two sons, Greg Young (Sherry), Scott Young (Barbara); daughter, Jennifer Hutton (Gene); Step-son, Curtis Mulholland (Jody); sister, Glenda Ramey; 8 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the staff of Hospice for their assistance, care and compassion during her last days.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel (5234 W. State Highway EE Springfield, MO). A graveside service will be on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Services will be officiated by Pastor Vaughn Weatherford.
