Gloria J. (Mitchell) Brandenburg, 78, was born on November 5, 1935 in Duncan, MO to John and Frances Mitchell. She passed away on July 15, 2014.
She was a member of the 1st Baptist Church of Republic and enjoyed sewing and spending time with family and friends.
Gloria is survived by her daughters, Pam Blades and Christina McDaris; son, Charles Anthony; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; brother, Leroy Mitchell; sister, Dorotha Dickson and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles and her parents.
A visitation will be held on Friday, July 18, 2014 from 9-10 a.m. at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W State Hwy EE (Division), Springfield, MO with a service to follow at 10:00 am. Interment will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
