Gerald Dee Warren Sr. was born on Wednesday, January 20, 1943, in Eminence, MO. The son of Eddmond Dee Warren and Mabel Lorene (Craft) Warren. He entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at his home in Billings, MO.

Gerald was united in marriage to Donna Faye (Snearly) Warren on December 4, 1965 in Eminence, MO. To this union 3 children were born, Candra, Gerald Jr. and Alina.

Gerald was raised on a farm outside of Eminence, MO along with his 3 siblings, Norma (Warren) Cooley, Velma (Warren) Wagner and David Warren. Once he graduated from Eminence High School he moved to Barstow, CA to live with family there. He moved back to Missouri shortly before getting married. Gerald and Donna raised their children in and around the Springfield, MO area.

He was most happy being outdoors, where he raised cattle, worked on tractors with his brother and working in the fields. Gerald was an avid fisherman and hunter. He worked as a mechanic and an over-the-road truck driver. He retired from Dodson Williams in Springfield after 20 plus years of service. His stubborn, but loving nature will be greatly missed.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Eddmond Dee and Lorene Warren.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Donna Warren; his children, Candra (Mike) Wells, Gerald Jr (Karena) Warren, Alina (Darin) House; 6 grandchildren, Chad (Skyler) Watson, Brad (Brenna) Wells, Todd (Ashton) Watson, Ryan Wells, Kelsea Warren and Madeline House and 7 great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, in the Klingner Cope Funeral Home at White Chapel; 5234 W. State Hwy EE Springfield, MO. 65802. Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Funeral service will begin at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow in the White Chapel Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
