Georgia Ailene Dodson, 96, of Republic, MO passed away on October 25, 2019. She was born October 12, 1923 in Springfield, MO to Charles and Nellie (Maples) Miller. Georgia married Donald David Dodson on May 2, 1941.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald, in 2002, by her parents, three brothers, one sister and a step-daughter, Donna Bowman. She is survived by three daughters, Pamela McGee of Independence, MO, Teresa Shelton of Ashville, NC and Fairlyn Chappell and husband, Roger, of Ozark, MO; five granddaughters, three grandsons, four great granddaughters and three great grandsons.

A visitation is scheduled for Friday November, 1 from 1 – 2pm at Klingner-Cope Family Funeral Home at White Chapel, funeral services to follow at 2pm with burial at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
